A Google Business Profile (GBP) is a free business listing from Google that appears in Google Search and Google Maps. It shows your business name, address, phone number, hours, reviews, photos, and posts. Managing and optimizing your GBP is one of the most effective ways to attract nearby customers searching for your services.

Clientomic is not a traditional agency. We deliver a fixed set of monthly actions at a flat price — no custom strategies, no upsells, no account managers, and no recurring calls. We manage your Google Business Profile and local visibility — nothing else.
Clientomic works with local businesses across many industries — home service contractors, restaurants, health and wellness businesses, professional service providers, specialty retailers, and multi-location operations. The service is designed for businesses that serve a local area and want more visibility on Google Maps and local search.
Each month we add 100+ new local SEO keywords, publish 4 SEO-optimized posts, make 4 product updates, manage Q&A, optimize for AI and voice search, keep your business details accurate and up to date, write SEO-optimized descriptions, and send a monthly performance and competitor report. You also get weekly updates as changes go live, plus a full profile audit in your first month.
Yes. All content we create is structured to support visibility across AI assistants, voice search, and traditional Google results. We use conversational keywords, detailed Q&A content, and structured business information that AI systems use to generate answers about local businesses. AI search optimization is part of the monthly management.
No. Clientomic manages only your Google Business Profile. We do not build or host websites, run Google Ads, manage social media accounts, or do link building. Our entire focus is Google Business Profile optimization for local visibility in Google Search, Google Maps, and AI assistants.
No. Review management is not included in the service. We provide a direct review link and QR code in your first month to help you collect reviews from your customers. Reviews are an important factor in local search rankings, and we recommend collecting 2–4 fresh reviews per month.
Local search rankings require ongoing activity. Google rewards businesses that stay active with regular posts, keyword updates, and profile optimization. A one-time optimization helps short-term, but sustained visibility requires sustained work. Each month of activity sends more signals to Google that your business is active and relevant, which strengthens your position in local results over time.
Yes. Send us the details before your next billing cycle, and we'll incorporate your focus areas into the content plan — including posts, products, Q&A, and keyword research. We do not work from pre-made keyword lists, but we accept thematic direction from clients.
Yes. Send your photos via email and we'll use them in your weekly SEO posts. Requirements: JPG or PNG format, 10 KB to 5 MB, minimum 250×250 px (720×720 px or higher recommended). If you don't provide photos, we use relevant images to accompany each post.
$149 per month, flat price. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no hidden charges. One subscription covers management of one Google Business Profile (one location). The price includes all monthly updates, optimization, reporting, and AI search optimization.
Yes. We offer discounted pricing for businesses managing multiple Google Business Profiles. Each location requires its own subscription. Contact us for multi-location pricing.
No. Clientomic's Google Business Profile management is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime without penalties through your client portal or by emailing support@clientomic.com. No setup fees, no hidden charges, no cancellation fees.
Our billing system does not support pausing. If you need to stop temporarily, we cancel your current subscription without penalties. When you're ready to resume, you can sign up again. Note that pausing ongoing optimization may result in a decline in accumulated rankings, as Google favors consistent activity.
Yes. All updates made to your Google Business Profile stay live after cancellation — posts, descriptions, products, keywords, and settings. If you cancel, we stop ongoing management and reporting, but your optimized content and improvements remain on your profile permanently.
After payment, you receive an onboarding form to provide your business name, GBP link, website, service area, and key services. We prepare your first content within 3 business days. We then request manager-level access to your Google Business Profile. Once the form is filled and access is granted, we publish your first updates. In the second week, we perform a full profile audit.
No. We only need manager-level access to your Google Business Profile. You remain the owner at all times, maintaining full control. During onboarding, we send you step-by-step instructions — granting access takes just a few minutes.
Your first updates are ready within 3 business days after you complete the onboarding form and grant manager access. If we miss this deadline, you get a full refund.
We typically start Google Business Profile management when a listing has at least five real reviews. Reviews are an important trust signal for local search rankings, and a minimum base helps our optimization work deliver stronger results from the start.
All communication is handled via email. There are no personal account managers, no scheduled calls, and no Zoom meetings. You receive weekly updates as changes go live and a monthly performance report with clear metrics. If you have a question, you email our support team and receive a response within 24 hours. This model allows us to focus 100% of resources on optimization work and maintain a flat price.
Initial changes in visibility and search impressions typically appear within 4–6 weeks. Each month of activity sends more signals to Google that your business is active and relevant — which strengthens your position in local results. Timeline depends on your market, competition, location, profile history, and review count. We track performance monthly and adjust keywords and content when needed.
No. No legitimate local SEO provider can guarantee specific rankings or call volumes. Google's algorithm considers hundreds of factors, many outside anyone's control — including competition, location proximity, review count, and algorithm updates. What we guarantee is consistent, white-hat optimization work every month, with transparent reporting so you can track your progress.
Clients using our monthly management have seen increased profile views, more phone calls, higher website traffic, and stronger rankings in Google Maps. Results vary by market, competition, and profile history. We track your metrics monthly and adjust strategy when needed.
You have two tools. First, a SERP performance report (dashboard) that shows your keyword rankings, visibility score, and competitors — updated twice per month. Second, a monthly performance report sent after each cycle, covering profile views, phone calls, website clicks, keyword visibility summary, and ranking distribution across Top 1, Top 3, and Top 20 positions. You also receive weekly updates as changes go live.
The SERP report is a dashboard showing your business's visibility in Google's local search results. It tracks how many of your keywords rank in the Top 20, Top 3, and position 1. It also shows a Visibility Score — an overall measure of your presence in the local pack — and lists which competitors rank for each tracked keyword. The report is updated twice per month.
Yes. All optimization is 100% white-hat and fully compliant with Google's guidelines. We do not use fake reviews, spam tactics, keyword stuffing in business names, or risky shortcuts. Every action we take is designed to build sustainable local visibility within Google's rules.
Yes. We manage Google Business Profiles for service-area businesses (SABs) that do not display a physical address. We optimize service areas, categories, content, and local signals to improve visibility. Note: SERP position tracking is not available for SAB profiles due to technical limitations of geo-tracking tools. Monthly reporting for SABs is based on profile views, calls, and website clicks.
It depends on the case. We review each profile individually and only proceed if issues are resolvable within Google's guidelines. We can submit an initial appeal on your behalf through Google's official appeals process. We do not take cases with high suspension risk. For new profiles that have not yet been verified, the verification process must be completed by the business owner directly.
Google's local ranking algorithm considers three main factors: relevance, distance, and prominence. Our monthly management directly improves relevance and prominence by keeping your profile active with fresh content, accurate business information, targeted keywords, and consistent optimization signals. The stronger these signals, the more likely your business is to appear in the Google Maps local pack.
