Yes. Send your photos via email and we'll use them in your weekly SEO posts. Requirements: JPG or PNG format, 10 KB to 5 MB, minimum 250×250 px (720×720 px or higher recommended). If you don't provide photos, we use relevant images to accompany each post.

$149 per month, flat price. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no hidden charges. One subscription covers management of one Google Business Profile (one location). The price includes all monthly updates, optimization, reporting, and AI search optimization.

Do you offer pricing for multiple Google Business Profiles?

Yes. We offer discounted pricing for businesses managing multiple Google Business Profiles. Each location requires its own subscription. Contact us for multi-location pricing.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No. Clientomic's Google Business Profile management is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime without penalties through your client portal or by emailing support@clientomic.com. No setup fees, no hidden charges, no cancellation fees.

Can I pause my subscription for a few months?

Our billing system does not support pausing. If you need to stop temporarily, we cancel your current subscription without penalties. When you're ready to resume, you can sign up again. Note that pausing ongoing optimization may result in a decline in accumulated rankings, as Google favors consistent activity.

Will my updates remain if I cancel?

Yes. All updates made to your Google Business Profile stay live after cancellation — posts, descriptions, products, keywords, and settings. If you cancel, we stop ongoing management and reporting, but your optimized content and improvements remain on your profile permanently.

How does the onboarding process work?

After payment, you receive an onboarding form to provide your business name, GBP link, website, service area, and key services. We prepare your first content within 3 business days. We then request manager-level access to your Google Business Profile. Once the form is filled and access is granted, we publish your first updates. In the second week, we perform a full profile audit.

Do you need full access or ownership of my Google Business Profile?

No. We only need manager-level access to your Google Business Profile. You remain the owner at all times, maintaining full control. During onboarding, we send you step-by-step instructions — granting access takes just a few minutes.

How quickly does Clientomic start working on my profile?

Your first updates are ready within 3 business days after you complete the onboarding form and grant manager access. If we miss this deadline, you get a full refund.

Do I need a minimum number of reviews to get started?

We typically start Google Business Profile management when a listing has at least five real reviews. Reviews are an important trust signal for local search rankings, and a minimum base helps our optimization work deliver stronger results from the start.

You also receive weekly updates as changes go live.

What is the SERP performance report?

The SERP report is a dashboard showing your business's visibility in Google's local search results. It tracks how many of your keywords rank in the Top 20, Top 3, and position 1. It also shows a Visibility Score — an overall measure of your presence in the local pack — and lists which competitors rank for each tracked keyword. The report is updated twice per month.

Can you manage a Google Business Profile for service-area businesses without a physical address?

Yes. We manage Google Business Profiles for service-area businesses (SABs) that do not display a physical address. We optimize service areas, categories, content, and local signals to improve visibility. Note: SERP position tracking is not available for SAB profiles due to technical limitations of geo-tracking tools. Monthly reporting for SABs is based on profile views, calls, and website clicks.

Can you work with a suspended or flagged Google Business Profile?

It depends on the case. We review each profile individually and only proceed if issues are resolvable within Google's guidelines. We can submit an initial appeal on your behalf through Google's official appeals process. We do not take cases with high suspension risk. For new profiles that have not yet been verified, the verification process must be completed by the business owner directly.
