Google API Data Usage & Disclosure

Clientomic integrates with the Google Business Profile API to provide its core services. When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access the following data through the business.manage scope:
- Business information β name, address, categories, hours of operation, and other profile details
- Customer reviews β review text, ratings, and reviewer information, to display and enable responses
- Performance metrics β search impressions, views, and customer actions, for analytics dashboards
- Posts β to create, publish, and manage Google Business Profile posts on your behalf
- Services β to display and manage your business services list
- Media insights β photo and video performance statistics
How we use this data:
Solely to provide the features described above within the Clientomic platform. Your Google data is displayed on your management dashboard, used for analytics reports, and to perform actions you explicitly request (such as replying to a review or publishing a post).
How we store this data: Your data is stored in our encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS infrastructure. OAuth refresh tokens are stored securely and are never exposed to client-side code.
Data sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your Google Business Profile data with any third parties, advertising platforms, or data brokers.
Data retention & deletion: We retain your Google data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@clientomic.com. Upon account termination, all synced Google data is deleted within 30 days.
Revoking access: You can disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time from within the Clientomic platform or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Clientomic's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
